Beyond the pulpit, Medel leads Ruben Medel Ministries, TMC Cotulla, A child daycare center, community center, the School of Ministry and other hispanic urban outreaches. Pastor Medel also credit's his spiritual father of faith Kenneth Copeland for his powerful and uncompromised teachings in Medel's early stages as a pastor. Medel has also attended many conventions, conferences and camp meetings as a young pastor futuring great men of God such as Oral Roberts, John Osteen, Jerry Savelle, Kenneth Hagin and other great generals of the faith.
